While we've made it through some incredibly difficult times, the reality is that the pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on how staff have been able to develop their knowledge, skills and work as a team. Together we will explore the social and biological road blocks caused by stress and missed milestones as well as what we can do during staff training and camp to help promote learning, build trust and team work.
